We have extensive experience in the commercial sector working on the construction, refurbishment and upgrade of government department buildings, corporate offices, defence headquarters and courts.

Our exceptional performance in the commercial sector has been recognised by receiving a commendation in the 2005 Territory Construction Association NT Building and Construction Excellence Awards and winning a Commendation in Commercial Construction $3 - $10M for the Ben Hammond Offices and Workshop Upgrade.

In the past 15 years, commercial work has accounted for 27% of the work we have completed.

Sitzler’s successfully completed the project ahead of program and within budget, whilst maintaining minimal disruption to all tenants…They also performed an integral part of the design team responsible for the fitout construction of the new Commonwealth Government tenancies, resulting in the timely flow of design information to enable fitout construction to occur within the confines of the refurbishment program…
