Industrial Relations
To ensure good industrial relations are always maintained, Sitzler has undertaken to comply with the provisions of the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry and the Industry Guidelines for the Industrial Relations and Occupational Health and Safety Components of the National Code and the comparative Northern Territory Procurement Code.
Our commitment to the relevant codes is reinforced through our continued active membership with the Territory Construction Association, the Northern Territory Chamber of Commerce and our Contractor Accreditation Limited.
Our subcontract documentation requires all trade contractors to comply with their obligations under the superannuation legislation and Workers Compensation insurance in accordance with appropriate State/Territories legislation.
Evidence of our undertaking is a proven exemplary record with no history of industrial unrest or disputes since commencing operations in 1976.
