Village@Parap

Sitzler Pty Ltd has been selected by the Northern Territory Government as the preferred proponent to develop the old Wirrina Flats site as part of a plan to reinvigorate the Parap Road precinct.

This project comprises approximately 100 units with a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom types and will involve high standard urban and architectural design standards and is targeting a 6 star Green Star rating. It is anticipated the project will provide employment for in excess of 100 local tradesmen with substantial flow on effects to the local construction industry.

SA Happy Valley Water Workshops
Works have recently commenced on the construction of a new steel framed workshop with office and store area, new steel framed storage shed with new fencing and refurbishment of an existing building with internal office spaces at the SA Water Depot in Happy Valley.

Stuart Park Central
The Stuart park central project involves the construction of new three tenancy showroom buildings including an OfficeWorks fitout, demolition of existing structures, associated carparking and site works. Works continue to progress well with all precast works complete to the showroom facility and followup roofing and services works underway.

Maningrida Subdivision
As part of the Strategic Indigenous Housing and Infrastructure Program, Sitzler are undertaking the civil works for a 110 lot subdivision and services at the Maningrida Community on the north coast of Arnhem Land.

Big W Casuarina Refurbishment
Sitzler was recently awarded the contract for the major refurbishment of the Big W store in Casuarina. This project involves a complete store refurbishment & Mark VIII conversion refurbishment, demolition, and associated works.

Charles Darwin University Sports Centre & Medical Clinic
Construction is underway at the Charles Darwin University Casuarina Campus of a Sports Precinct, consisting of a commercially based gymnasium and a sports science laboratory and a separate commercial medical practice.

Building the Education Revolution, South Australia
Sitzler has commenced works on its initial allocation of 10 Adelaide Public School expansion projects as part of the Commonwealths Building the Education Revolution Stimulus package. Highbury Primary School, Seaford K-7, Seaford Rise Primary School, Cowandilla Primary School and Ashford Special School will all now receive new education infrastructure facilities constructed by Sitzler.


Gunbalanya Community Education Centre, Northern Territory
Works commenced on the Gunbalanya Community Education Centre in September and involves the new extension and renovation of the existing administration building. A new covered sports / arts facility incorporating a new concrete basketball court and new multi purpose stage.
