Building Foreman


We are seeking applicants for the position of
BUILDING FOREMAN
for immediate commencement on various projects

SITZLER are a medium sized multi disciplined construction contractor that has been operating for more than 30 years and has projects spread throughout the NT and SA.

To take advantage of this opportunity you will have been a key component in the delivery of major building projects. You will be conscientious, hard working and keen to accept and deliver challenging projects. You will be committed to a successful outcome ensuring a safe working environment and quality of work.

Attributes/Skills
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry
  • Trade qualification essential
  • Experience from structures to finishes
  • Ability to perform under pressure and to deadlines
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills

Responsibilities
  • Onsite supervision of the works including procurement of plant & resources, resource scheduling, programming of the works and coordination between overlapping work activities and site administration
  • Monitor & enforce compliance to OH&S and Environmental project requirements
  • Coordination of subcontractors
  • Development of site personnel including apprentices

An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant and is dependent on individual experience.
