2010 Master Builders Association NT Building & Construction Awards

Congratulations to the team at the Archer Zone Substation Project which was awarded the overall winner in Category 3 at this years CCF Earth Awards. This project will be representing the Northern Territory in the National Awards later this year.


Village @ Parap
Sitzler Pty Ltd has been selected by the Northern Territory Government as the preferred proponent to develop the old Wirrina Flats site as part of a plan to reinvigorate the Parap Road precinct.
This is the first mixed public and private unit development in the Northern Territory and will provide quality affordable housing in an inner urban setting, close to public transport, shops, schools and sporting facilities.

This $40M dollar design and construct project will start to fill the need for affordable housing in the local Darwin region the project will commence in the 3rd quarter 2010 and is scheduled for completion by mid 2012.

Building the Education Revolution - South Australia
Sitzler is finalising its works on its initial allocation of 10 Adelaide Public School expansion projects as part of the Commonwealths Building the Education Revolution Stimulus package. Highbury Primary School, Seaford K-7, Seaford Rise Primary School, Cowandilla Primary School and Ashford Special School will all now receive new education infrastructure facilities constructed by Sitzler. Additional projects in Wyalla and other SA regions are also now well underway.
